This one-semester Music Together^®® Babies Class was created especially for families with infants under eight months old. That’s right: It’s never too early to start our music classes!  Babies just need to be 8 months of age or younger at the start of the semester! 

Join us for class with your baby and set them on a path to a lifetime of music enjoyment---and start building friendships with other new parents in your neighborhood.

Maybe you’ve noticed that your baby responds when you play a song in the car or sing to soothe him. Babies are naturally musical—and you don’t have to be a great singer or dancer yourself to nurture their love of music. In this music class for babies, your Music Together teacher will show you how you can support your baby’s music development through simple and fun activities. You’ll learn lots of musical ways to connect with your little one through music, and you’ll bond with the other new parents in your class, too.

Chances are, you’ve seen a glimpse of the music-maker inside your new little one, as he coos and wiggles when you sing a nursery rhyme or starts moving when you put on your favorite song. At birth, infants are already alert to musical sounds and naturally responsive to volume, movement, tempo, and melody.

Here at CMA, we’ve created a warm environment that supports your baby’s natural musicality—and her overall development. In our music classes for babies, you’ll learn lots of ways to interact musically with your infant. And as you sing, laugh, and learn together, you’ll bond with your child and the other new parents in your class.
